Hi,
While installing SQL in ICM machines we need to give domain ID and password. Either we can give domain ID or create a user in domain. But customer security policy is not allowing to do this. Is there a way in ICM Domain manager tool set up we can create a service account and use it for SQL installation.
Regards
Krishna

You are correct that Cisco recommend creating a domain account and configuring the local policies for that account on each of the SQL boxes appropriately, and then setting the SQL server and agent to run under that account. This is suggested for security reasons, so the customer's InfoSec department should be all for that. But if they won't agree with this, SQL services can run under the local admin account.

Geoff
