Hi Folks,
I have written VXML script in studio where i need to transfer the call to particular ip phone extensions using Transfer element and putting single CUCM node. Now i need to send call to CUCM Cluster rather than a single node. Is there a possibility to use SRV records and configure that string in Transfer element settings currently it is configured as "12345678@ccm1.abc.xyz where ccm1 is the hostname of one subscriber.
This is the standalone scenario and i am using VVB to transfer call to CUCM.
Any idea if this can be done using SRV rather than Load balancer.
