How can I tell Tomcat to use the SSL certificate issued by a CA, that I have uploaded today, instead of the default self - signed ?

I have already bounced couple services, but no luck. Here is the version:

Application Software Version: 10.5(1)-4

Operating System Active Software Version: 10.5.1.10000-6

Hi,

Let me know if there is any specific issue with Social Miner you are encountering.

Otherwise, I would suggest you contact the SSL certificate issuer and review steps to create the certificate, and install on Apace.

Edwin,

The SSL certificate was OK. The issue was related to a naming convention. Basically the SSL received from CA "certificatename.cer" needs to be renamed to "certificatename_pem.cer". After that, uploading the certificate was just fine and after restarting Tomcat everything worked as intended. This information should have been included in the documentation for SocialMiner.

One more thing for you, opening a support case with TAC was useless. They were reading the documentation.
