stand alone cvp outbound dialer

we have a customer using Stad alone VXML outbound dialer. We are noticing for some calls Gateway sends delay response to VXML application of call result. Normally VXML app gets the response with in 45 seconds max but for some calls are getting response after 2 minutes. Is there any way to check the reason.
