Standalone CUIC with UCCX

Hi

I have installed a standalone CUIC (12.5) with UCCX (12.5) and there is integration between the two servers

But the standalone CUIC has no reports, and it seems the report that can be downloaded from Cisco are for UCCE

How can we get reports in the standalone CUIC? We have to start all from scratch?

The stock reports can be downloadable from the software.cisco.com . Please search for Intelligence Center Reports.

These reports are for CCE, can they also be used when CUIC is connected to UCCX?

Hi

We installed CUIC standalone because we wanted to create customized reports.

But from UCCX 12.5 version you don't need a standalone CUIC anymore, all options are now in the CUIC that is co-installed with UCCX 12.5

So we actually don't need to import any reports, because they are already there.
