Has anyone come across this display issue with Finesse in Google Chrome? Running UCCX 11.5 with chrome patch. Internet Explorer is fine. Google Chrome and the new Microsoft Edge (Chromium based) have the same issue.
When you first login to Finesse, everything looks normal
But at the day goes on, the gap between "ready for incoming calls" and "team performance" gets bigger. Only way to fix it is to refresh the browser

I found I'm hitting this bug , will need to upgrade to 11.6.2

In case this helps anyone else, you may not need to upgrade, you might instead be hitting this defect which can be resolved by a change in the Chrome config.
