Hello

When the caller was call to IPCC, he can enter a DMTF and change variable in the script.

How can i change this variable from external server like a caller?

Are you referring to IPCC Enterprise? If so, Create an admin script that will set global user variables (not call variable) to what ever you want. Schedule the script using Admin script manager.

Only calls can change call variables. For any other stuff, you will need to use Global user variables.

The user call to the IPCC and enter his ID.

I can write a document on the server with this ID.

I build a VBS script that activate application that move the ID to Main Frame and get a string from Main Frame.

The application can move this string to IPCC, but i don't know where she need to move it.
