I know currently our Supervisors have limited access to our UCCX administration page to be able to change skills for our Agents. Is there a way that we can also grant limited access to our Supervisors to be able to make adjustments to our Calendars without giving them access to everything? We are rolling out our Chat feature and they are going to do it on a limited schedule and adjust as necessary and it would be nice if they could adjust their operating hours on there own without getting our Admins involved every time they want to change it. Is this possible and how would I do it.
