Is it possible to run the supervisor desktop in citrix? Currently we have CAD installed on the citrix servers, and the supervisor desktops installed locally on the pc. Do you know what aspects of it will not function properly? I'm not expecting call barging / silent monitoring etc to work.
Also, I assume if we did put up with whatever aspects do not work, we would be in a totally unsupported environment?
Did you figure out if supervisor is finally compatible and working with Citrix environment?

CSD is supported in Citrix on UCCX 8.5 (not sure about earlier versions). We've deployed it and it is working fine. There are some limitations, see this document (also linked above).
