Hi,
Is it possible to run the supervisor desktop in citrix? Currently we have CAD installed on the citrix servers, and the supervisor desktops installed locally on the pc. Any help or comments would be appreciated.

It's possible simply because you should be able to install it. But will not function properly.

Do you know what aspects of it will not function properly? I'm not expecting call barging / silent monitoring etc to work.
Also, I assume if we did put up with whatever aspects do not work, we would be in a totally unsupported environment?

Hi,
CSD is supported in Citrix on UCCX 8.5 (not sure about earlier versions). We've deployed it and it is working fine. There are some limitations, see this document (also linked above).
