We tried to start the Supervisor Desktop and we already received the message that the password is
wrong but we are able to use the same username and
password to start the Agent Desktop. Why the username and password are good with the agent desktop and not with the supervisor desktop ?

Hi,
The default Supervisor password is not the same as the agent login
password. You need to login with:
Username:
Password:
After logging into supervisor desktop, you can change the default password to something else from within the supervisor app from the
File->Change Password Menu.

Hi,
I'm not sure that we talk about the same thing. I talk about SUPERVISOR DESKTOP who normally used a windows username and password.

Hi,
I'm referring to CSD(Cisco Supervisor Desktop) application of IPCC Express. It doesnot use windows username/pwd to logon. Can you be specfic about your application.

Hi,
You are right regarding the first access. When I did the test in the lab, I used to enter the same
password as the user ID. That is why, it has been
working in the lab. On the customer's server we
enterred a password different than the username.
