Supervisor not able to change Skill group of only one user received error "Error occurred- Description: This field cannot be edited" while using cceadmin web page.

What is the error message if " Error occurred This field cannot be edited" please check in agent explorer agent first name or last name beginning or end any space.

Is that supervisor able to change skill group of other agents ?  Can anyone else change skill group to the agent for whom supervisor received error ?
