Hi all,
According to the following PDF on Page 53:
I followed the setup guide of Supervisor Work Flow Administrator
But it seems there is no respond after i made some calls to the CSQ ...
I am currently using Unified CCX Premium License, ...
Do I need Unified IP IVR license ???
Or do I miss any other setting in other areas ?

I just followed it myself, and it worked right away. I am on UCCX Premium, so no, you don't need IP IVR.
Remove the config, and try again, you may have just missed a step.

The DataFields.ini file does exist and the connection to server works. Therefore, when you check the permission to the file, you find that the Administrator user is not allowed to share the C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Config\config\ag_default directory where the DataFields.ini file is located.
Add the Administrator user to the share list for the C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Config\config\ag_default directory in order to solve this problem. Complete these steps:
Navigate to the C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Config\config\ag_default directory.
File DataFields.ini does exist, but WorkFlow search this file in old IP server.
