Supervisors forcing agents not ready

Hi there

When a supervisor forces an agent not ready using the Supervisor Desktop - the agent is automatically made not ready using a system generated code (33). Does anyone know if in the future supervisors will be able to choose which follow up code the advisor is placed in? Will this be a feature in finesse?

I don't believe this feature is found in either Cisco Supervisor Desktop or Cisco Finesse (UCCX 10+)

Tanner is correct, this feature is not currently available in either product.
