We are getting the errors in the attached file on rogger 2 server. Can anyone let me know that are the ICM services restarting automatically?
Any document by Cisco to troubleshoot this?

Yes, definitely they are restarting.
I would check the logs from both sides of ICM and depending on the version of ICM, check if there is drwtsn log to see if any processes are crashing.
From the looks of it, seems like a private network issue. Check to see if the network bindings are correct. Ping all IPs (private and visible to itself and other side).
Don't know if there is a doc.
