TCL Script unable to Transfer the call to Hunt Group

Hi,

 

I am new to TCL scripting.

 

The is a UCCE environment where the Agent phones go in SRST mode(CME) and register to the site local voice gateway. The TCL script in the voice gateway is supposed to play welcome message and then transfer the call to

hunt group configured in the voice gateway.

The TCL script gets kicked in plays the welcome message , however after playing the voice message the call doesn't go to the hunt group configured in the voice gateway. Instead of that the welcome message keeps on getting repeated.

 

Attached is the TCL script for reference.

 

66035191 is the called number and triggers the welcome message.

From there it should trigger the queue1 tcl (in red) this is not happening

 

The queue1 tcl contains the actual pilots 19000 19001 19002

 

Can somebody advise where could be the issue.

 

How can this be debugged?
