I have a supervisor receiving the following message when opening CAD: "The Cisco Agent Desktop Software Update Failed." I verified that this user is an administrator on the machine and configured identical in ICM to the other supervisors with CAD. I also reinstalled the CAD. Any suggestions???

Did the problem occur during upgrading or reinstalling the CRS server?.

I had this on a customer site recently. It was a problem with the local user permissions for the Cisco folder on the PC.
Check they have full read/write access to the CAD folder.

I verified that she is an administrator on her machine with full permissions under the Cisco folder. This problem has not occurred since I posted this message. It seems to occur every few weeks with no apparent pattern.
