I'm working in a lab to integrate UCCX with CCP 12.5 but the windows of email and chat do not appear, it only says "there are no chat and mail active in a white background". I already upload the tomcat certificate of the CCP to the UCCX but the status is the same. Do you know what I missing in the configuration ?

Hey Justin.
From the picture you have attach i can see that the "Non-voice state control" is missing. You only have the voice state in the top bar.
In you layout you should on the page level enable the "Non-voice state control" gadget.
It wil then show up in finesse desktop next to "voice state control"
The text "there are no chat and mail active in a white background" doesn't mean there is an error. It means what is says - there are no active session,
Does you agent have the prober skills ?
If you press F12 in you browser does it then show any error on the browser console ?

Thats right. As @Thomas G. Johannesen suggested, enabling the "Non-voice state control" gadget. in the Desktop layout should fix this.
