I can log in as an administrator but as an agent it fails - any ideas of what to do next? We are running UCCE

Hi,
Make sure below services is running . Also check the CTI server side A & B IP address and Port No are correct .
Cisco Finesse Notification Service
Cisco Finesse Tomcat
If the Problem persist please restart the finesse node : utils system restart

Resolve = Changed the RMCM Password,
