The Finesse server is currently Out of Service

I can log in as an administrator but as an agent it fails - any ideas of what to do next? We are running UCCE

Hi,

 Make sure  below services is running . Also check the CTI server side A & B  IP address and Port No are correct .

 

Cisco Finesse Notification Service

Cisco Finesse Tomcat

 

If the Problem persist please restart the finesse node  : utils system restart

Had problem.

Resolve = Changed the RMCM Password, 

  • Restarted the CCX Engine on both nodes.
  • All Agents were able to Login into Finesse Successfully..

This is Finesse on UCCE not UCCX. Happy that worked for you though.
