Have the ThickClientScreenPop setup for customer's application, which upon initial installation, requires each agent's userID and password to login. The application is up and logged into, however when a call arrives, the workflow ends up pulling up a new instance of the application and is sitting at the login screen. How can the ThickClientScreenPop be configured to leverage the instance that's already open and logged into so that the account number can be sent to it to lookup the customer? Thanks
