We are trying to build a script in Webex CC that collects digits (enter your phone number), then dials the external party, plays a greeting "this call is being recorded", then drops off, leaving the original and external party connected. We tried this in UCCX and failed miserably, however I would think Webex CC could do it. I've got the Flow collecting digits from the originating party, but I can't figure out how to dial the external party and do a three way bridge so the prompt can't be played. Once the prompt is played, the webex side should drop and allow the two parties to continue talking. Has anyone ever tried to this before?
