I know right before the call is presented to an IPCC agent they go into a reserved stated then the call gets setup. Would anyone know what the timeout is between the reserved state and call setup? Reason I ask is that when running a Webview Agent Not Ready Detail we see reason code 50010. Supervisors say they see agents got from reserved then to not ready. I am pretty sure I know what caused this but knowing the threshold for call setup would help me be 100% sure.
