Hello Team,
A Customer has asked me if the the following objective can be a achieved
They want a scenario where Supervisor can upload data for his outbound campaign and only the team members can access it .
For example, Supervisor A can upload data to only Agents in the Campaign A .
Supervisors B uploads data to users in Campaign B.
Users in Campaign A will not access Users in Campaign B.
Supervisor A can't access Supervisor B.

By default, we can’t but we can achieve using 3 rd party product or custom development

can you throw more light on the 3rd party product or the custom development that can be used to restrict supervisor per campaign ?

It would likely be something like Acqueon (https://www.acqueon.com/products/outbound/cisco-contact-center/) where users work through the Acqueon LCM platform which provides the contacts to Cisco. This is how it works for UCCE, I would imagine it'd be the same for UCCX.
There are other companies/solutions out there as well.
