Transfer mail from one queue to another CIM

Dear All,

We are having CIM 4.3.2.8 release integrated with UCCE H 7.5.

As per a requirment from customer, i am trying to create a new user role which enable user to transfer activities by searching based on activity id from Exception queue.

I have created new user role and assigne actions as below;

UserTransfer Activitiescommon
Routing QueueTransfer Activitiescommon
ActivityTransfer Activitiescommon

           

And assigned newly created user role to agent.

But when i logged in using the above agent and the transfer option is greyed out even after selecting the particular activities.

Could any one help is there any other method other than providing administrator role to an agent who can transfer the mail from any queue to another.or from exception queue to genaral queue.

When you select user/queue,

When you select user/queue, you have to give permission to transfer activities as well.
