Hi all. Our agents currently carry out consult transfers to translation patterns, which is not supported and comes with its own problems.
We would like to use the direct transfer feature to transfer to a translation pattern
...and that's not supported either!
I know the work around is to transfer to the trigger instead, but I can't believe this bug hasn't been fixed yet. We don't want to have to expose the business to dozens of trigger route points when they all know and are familiar with our DDI numbers.
Does anyone else have this problem and come up with some better ways to get around it? Does anyone know if this is on the roadmap?
