Hello Folks

We are looking for some kind of documentations/informations about Translation Route to VR

Though we have been using Translation Route to a ACD but Translation Route to VR is something New in our environment

Could someone explains how this works out .... and what is the corresponding step to Adjunct here as we have in ACD.

Thanks

Alok

Attached is Translation Route configuration with IPIVR. The concept is the same.

You will need to configure several CTI RP to TellMe so ICM can do translation routing.

General rule is 10 CTI RPs are sufficient as at any given time you will have 10 calls going to IVR (10cps).

If you need more, you can configure them based on cps.

Remember, these CTIRP as available as soon as IVR informs them of the call via VRU PG.

Thanks,

Hi Alok,

What do you mean by VR ? (too many abbreviations in these days, what to make sure I understand to help you)

Did you mean IP IVR ?

Thanks,

Hi Monawar

we are using Network IVR in our environment (TellMe in this case)

But I guess the concept would also be similar to IP IVR

Thanks

Thanks

Incase of Translation Route to ACD we receive the messages PRE_ROUTE_IND and TRANSLATION_ROUTE_RESP

Do we not receive any similar messages for Translation Route to VRU

I didnot find any of similar messages in VR logs or in router.
