Trouble installing Web interaction manager

Hi 

I am having trouble installing cisco web interaction manager.Its part of a lab setup to learn ucce.

TheDownloads on cisco looks like an update software.

Where can I get the software for fresh install.

Hi Benson,

I have a cisco partner contract. I can download most of the software.

In the downloads whatever software are listed are upgrade and nor fresh install.
