Troubleshooting Abort/Rejected Calls report

Hi all,

After some urgent help if possible please, i know there are other discussions with similar queries but the responses are quite limited.

Our Abort/Rejected report has started going crazy, i have the following being reported multiple times a day:

com.cisco.app.ApplicationFailoverException

nested exception is: com.cisco.wfapi.WFExecutionException: Too many transfer failures

xception: user script '/ **script name** (usually same script)

Any thoughts from the population on this?

Check for the Cisco Unified CCX Engine (MIVR) logs and see why the error is coming. You will probably need TAC on this to troubleshoot this more effectively unless you are good with log reading and found yourself the reason for these exceptions coming up in the report

Im following as well
