Can we do UCC RSM with supervisors dialing in via a Service Provider SIP network, instead of regular PSTN? Should be something similar to an IP Phone calling in to RSM via the SIP trunk in CUCM. Anyone tried this and whether this is a supported desing, didn't find much in SRND. We are using UCCE 8.5
It still works essentially the same way, since RSM works by sniffing the packets and forwarding them to the monitoring system.
