UCCE 10.5 No Realtime data in SQL

Hi folks,

Have deployed UCCE 10.5 for Large deployment where AW-HDS and Logger are on 2 separate systems. I made a test call from Finesse and call landed to PSTN Mobile No. Am querying pod1_awdb view Agent_real_time, Skill group real-time, etc tables. I do not see any LIVE CALL data.I cannot see call entry in logger DB as well.  

Check DB size by ICMDBA tool, system is much efficient to store additional 90% data. Please suggest.

pod1_hds is fine. I can see the data.

Please guide am stuck in crack.

Hi,

  Make sure you have given same site name in AWD setup and same name has to set in PG Explorer.

ICM – configuration manager-  Explorer Tools- PG Explorer –Select Agent PG – select  Peripheral – Agent- Distribution – Add site name and enable Agent Event details and enable Agent reporting , Agent real time data and HDS data .

I hope you remember - during the  Administration & Data Server addition you have given Edit Administration & Data Server Primary /Secondary Pair site name .

Thanks for ur time n guidance.

Under CUCM PG configuration is done. pod1_awdb for real-time & pod1_hds for historical. Agent reporting n event details is checked.

I will check for second point once again. Am not sure on this.

Here i had defined pod1. In PG Explorer I defined pod1_awdb.
