Hi all,
Wondering if anyone has information on what DB's, tables and fields would be needed to get reader boards setup in our call cener that would show various queue stats..
Calls in queue and longest queued would be a few examples of what was needed.

Are you unable to display what you are looking for via CUIC real time report?

Yeah what Chris said, additionally the queries of the reports in CUIC are in the documentation/help file.
