UCCE 7.5 deleted Reason Code recovery?

Hi everybody,

The solution's been running for 9 months before my arrival.

Now my client want to get the description for a Reason Code that is deleted quite a long time ago.

No related document is available

The Reason Code is also deleted on the Configuration Manager deleted objet.

I'm wondering if there is a way to recover this information?

All comments are welcome.

Thank in advance,

It is most likely *NOT* possible to make this determination.

Depending on how long ago the objects were created, then deleted, there is a slight chance you might find something by running the dumpcfg utility against the logger database.

Thanks, Spaulin.

I did a dumpcfg against the Logger database but unfortunately, the thing is deleted long time ago.

Is there any chance a similar log exists in the HDS database?

dumpcfg does not work for hdsdb?

Best Regards,

Hi,

No, the HDS database does not keep track of these configuration changes.  The Config_Message_Log table is only populated on the Loggers.

Is there an old backup or exported copy of the configuration?

Unfortunately, no ...
