Hi ,
I am having a UCCE setup 8.0 running in production.
But in outbound setup for ivr campaign, the ivr application is not getting recorded(played) in the
customers voicemailbox after AMD detection.
Can anyone help on this.

and when the call does not land in a voicemail box, but is picked up by a phone, do you hear the IVR?
