UCCE 8.5.4 - Whisper not working when agents are available

Hi,

I have configured the whisper to play for a skill group, and this works if the call is queued and no agents are available. When an agent becomes available, the whisper plays. However, if there are agents available at the time the call is sent to the queue to skill node, the whisper does not play. Has anyone experienced this?

please post your script, need to look where and how the parameters are set.
