Hi, all,
I have a question about analisis log from cti server.
Have any one document which describe massage log from cti server, ctios server?
How I can understand when Agent change state from Not Ready to Ready personally or his state was change by supervisor?

Can you check what it shows in logs for EventReasonCode.
When supervisor changes status of the agent, this shows the originator fo the changes

I find information only for logout information in
The value 999 indicates to the rest of Unified CC that the agent
was logged out by their supervisor.
But I can't find all values EventReasonCode...
Where I can find link to documentation describe EventReasonCode?
