Once in a while we are getting issues where an ucce agent is held in reserve, call offered but on picking up, the agent hears fast busy
I was led to believe this may be Network issue - lack of BW
Signalling is good between agent and cucm otherwise the agent would not be in reserve
On pick up, agent hears fast busy and no caller
I was looking through the cvp logs but nothing jumped out. What logs and word 'words' should I look for. Would the route table or termination table help?

Sounds like codec issue, I would start by looking at CUCM SDL traces.

Chris, thanks for the pointer it was codec. What threw me was the reserve, then busy. from another job I was on that this tends to a bw issue. Maybe it was for them but not in this case
