I am in the final stages of Contact Center Enterprise upgrade from 7.5 to 11.x. I have not seen a way to prompt an agent to change their password at the 1st login. Better yet even integrate agent logins with Active Directory. I would have thought in 4 versions some common application improvements would have been made to Enterprise.
I looked out on the Cisco Live site to see if I could find a road map but I did not see anything.
Does anyone see an option natively to prompt an agent to change their agent password?
Does anyone have any incite to the future road map of incorporating agent logins with Active Directory?

How far is this feature going to go? Can I move existing agent AD accounts into UCCE? I'm on UCCX currently and pretty deep into development of scripts and CVP Applications for migration from UCCX to UCCE Version 11.
UCCX agents currently have one set of credentials. Going from that to separate agent credentials seems laughably stupid (Welcome back, 2004!)
It would be nice to confirm the logistical details on this.
