UCCE and IP phone 8961

I get an erro of CTI OS server when I try to log in CAD as agent, I have 8961 (SIP phone) , any ideas?

Try this:

User Management >> Application User >> Choose App User >> Add user to group

Choose:

Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode

Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf
