ucce blind transfer to external number.

Hello,

I have a question about a transfer. We have a UCCE system with cvp running. In the script we have an option to transfer the call to a mobile number.

We used a label to make this working. The label contains a parameter which is set with an admin script. The transfer is working ok, but the mobile phone

only rings for about 12 seconds before the UCCE takes it back. The problem is that the voicemail of the customer is activated after 12 seconds.

Is it possible to make a blind transfer to an external number, so a shoot and forget principle?

If so, what do i have to do to make a blind transfer?

Ucce 8.5(3), CVP 8.5(1)build 312.

It is an h323 deployment.

Use refer transfer, i.e. SIP refer. This way call is released by CVP and not pulled back on RNA.  You will require proper dial peer or route pattern on routing client where the call initially arrives to for proper routing.
