Team - we have a customer going from UCCE 7.0 to 8. There is no SQL server. The PG and CAD are on the same hardware server. We have separate servers for PG/CAD. Per install document we may need to go from 7.0 to 7.2 and then to 8.0. Will the CAD clients on 7.0 will they auto upgarde to 8.0?
Or do we need a msi push? To get CAD license corectly set up do we need to run LicenseAdmin.exe and renter any parameters? Is the BARS backup (cdbrtool and backupdb) for metadata and audiofiles need to be restored and will they work? Will that carry over the workflows? Any guidance is helpful.
The document says all CAD data carryover but wanted to verify. Thank you.
