UCCE CVP app hangup after 3 minutes

I have a CVP application with a long-running list of orders being spoken. The menus are working but when I do an edge-case test and let it run an infinite loop, the app hangs up on the caller after precisely 3 minutes. This is reproducible every time.

  • I have my Call studio Session Timeout set to 5 minutes so it isn't that. Screenshot below.
  • I also tried sending the call back to ICM before 3 minutes to see if it was an ICM timer, but it wasn't, it is the CVP app entry that begins this timer.
  • It doesn't seem to matter which phone I use to call in.
  • Here is the end of the log, which looks like the caller hung up, which is not the case. After 3 minutes I hear a dial tone again:

Any ideas for what to try next or which configs or logs to look at?

TAC helped me out with this one (thanks Mr. Duran!).

In my AWHDS there is a setting for the Network VRU script list. There, each network VRU script has a timeout. This was default set to 180 seconds which is exactly 3 minutes. I changed them all up to 1800 to give me 30 minutes and problem solved.
