UCCE/CVP OnPrem with CUCM Hosted

Hello, we currently have on-prem UCCE/CVP (12.6) and CUCM (11.5) and are thinking of moving the CUCM cluster to HCS. Trying to see if anyone has been through this and have any advise or gotchas we need to be planning/thinking about. TIA.

While not a direct answer to your question, ensure your UCCE partner is involved in this; they will need to get A2Q on the design for it to be supported. I’d also encourage you to look at Webex Calling Dedicated Instance; it is the evolutionary replacement for HCS in my opinion. Cisco also offers Webex Contact Center Enterprise which is PCCE hosted by them alongside WxC-DI.
