You're not thinking about this correctly. ICM is used for routing/tracking of messages (calls, emails, fax, sms, etc). ICM alone can not send out SMS messages, but I'm sure ICM can interface with a peripheral that can.
actually i wants to know that which third part sms gateway can integrate with icm. there are lot of sms gateways in market but i need that one which can integrate with cisco icm. is any body have experiance of this kindly share your experiences.
