UCCE Maximum Supervisors per team (10). Is that logged in or configured supervisors?

HI.

Can anyone provide concrete answer?

The UCCE SRND 10.X say - "You can add a maximum of 50 agents per team. You can add a maximum of ten supervisors per team."

My question is does that mean no more than 10 "logged in" supervisors?  Or does that mean maximum "configured" supervisors?  We have some teams that need more than 10 supervisors to cover all shifts BUT they would not have more than 10 logged in at a time.

Hi ,

You can create  many teams  for Agent 10% of total agent population (9 agents and 1 supervisor per team )  this for based on your deployment sizing limitations

1 agent you can add only one  team , supervisor can add many teams .

Hi I appreciate the attempt but you are not understanding my question.  The question is around "configured" vs "logged in" supervisors.

The UCCE SRND 10.X say - "You can add a maximum of 50 agents per team. You can add a maximum of ten supervisors per team."

Actually it's not clear in SRND, though they say its configuration limit but i don't see any such parameter defined in Config limit tool.

your best bet is to try to configure more that 10 and see what happens.

The total number of agents indicated in the following tables and figures consists of 90% agents and 10% supervisors. For example, if a table or figure indicates 100 agents, the assumption is that there are 90 agents and 10 supervisors.”

“Unified CCE supports a maximum of 50 unique skill groups across all agents on a supervisor’s team, including the supervisor’s own skill groups. If this number is exceeded, all skill groups monitored by the supervisor still appear on the supervisor desktop. However, exceeding this number can cause performance issues and is not supported.”

But I have added more than 120  Agents and 30  supervisors , but the different is when I am adding more agents real time agent state is taking more time to display .
