UCCE Multiple JTAPI users monitoring phones. any issue?

Hi,

I'm interested in hearing if you have ever seen UCCE phones monitored byt multiple JTAPI users (at least one more in addition of pguser). If you have seen it, any issues observed or is there anything written about its supportability? In particular I have a presence 3rd party application monitoring (Komutel) UCCE agent lines.

I am not sure about having multiple user for monitoring same device and whether it will allow to do so.

But why don't you just integrate your 3rd party application with existing JTAPI user. This is how we normally integrate with quality monitoring application.
