UCCE PG User Password

Hello Cisco Support Community,

Is there any configuration setting(s) in UCCE AW that I need to update in case I want to go ahead and change the CUCM PG user?

Basically what I want to know is the procedure to create a different PG user in CUCM (The one you use to associate agent extension and RP) and get it working in UCCE Admin Workstation. Thanks and let me know.

You don't really need to touch the AW, just re-run setup on the PG and change the username/password on the PIM.

or change it in the registry and bounce the JTAPI gateway process. Do both A and B sides, of course.
