UCCE Smart License - Invalid tag

Hello All,

 

I have upgraded my CCE to 12.5 and connect it to Cisco Smart Software Manager (SSM), I'm getting error on one license "Invalid tag" as appears in the below screenshot:

Any suggestions for this issue?

Based on the defect, you may be hitting this, sounds like it is more cosmetic but they do include a link to the ES to fix it.

Installing 12.5(1)_ES15 on Roggers and AW's solved the isse.

It looks like it has been pulled, based on the link in this defect which mentions it but has a broken link.

We have requested Cisco to keep the former downloads posted so in cases like this, everyone will know that (for instance) if ES15 was pulled and replaced by ES XX, it will be clear.

In the meantime, you'll likely have to engage Cisco to either look at the above defect and have them provide you ES15, or provide you with a subsequent ES that is cumulative that resolves the issues that 15 did.
