I have a client I am working with to upgrade its current UCCE 8.5 environment to 9.0. This particular customer runs a very critical call center so the plan is to do the "Technology Refresh" approach on UCS. The new servers will have new IP addresses and hostnames so do you foresee any issues with the new servers being part of the existing ICM Domain and instance?
I was planning on following the upgrade guide to export the existing servers registry, the ICMDBA to back up the database instance and the EDMT to migrate the database.
Please let me know if you see any issues with this approach.
