i read some doc.

in Termination_Call_Detail PeripheralCallType=10,the doc. said that agent inside

what is agent inside??

PeripheralCallType = 10 ['Agent Inside']  This type of call is and agent to
another local phone.  Typically for agent-to-agent calls when the call is
not routed buy ICM / UCCE.  Any agent initiated call would by default be
tagged as a inside call (LT_INSIDE or LT_UNKNOWN).
