Hi,

Can someone explain how to find out the exact node from where the call has got disconnected in sql database.

I believe ANI number is far enough to retrieve the information.

Appreciate your help on this.

If this is a UCCE question, then the RCD table holds this data in FinalObjectID. Combine that with ScriptID => Master_Script then open the correct version and check the Node ID.

If this a UCCX question, I have no clue.
